We grow 500 acres of winter wheat, producing around 1,500 tonnes annually.

 

​'Triticum' is a cereal grain much of which is ground into flour.

 

Wheat provides more nourishment for the human race than any other food source.

 

​Drilling takes place during the Autumn months, and weather permitting, is harvested in August.​
